3. Account Registration You are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining your account security, and notifying us of unauthorized access.

4. Data and Privacy Your breeding data remains your property. By using the App, you grant us permission to store and process your data as needed to operate the service.

5. Payments and Subscriptions Some features may require paid subscriptions. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

6. User Content You are solely responsible for the content you upload. Breeder Exchange may remove content that violates these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property All logos, code, and design elements are owned by Breeder Exchange and protected by copyright law.

8. Third-Party Services The App may integrate with services like PayPal. We are not responsible for third-party actions or data practices.

9. Limitation of Liability Breeder Exchange is not liable for loss of data, profits, or damages resulting from App use.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

11. Termination We may terminate access at any time for violation of Terms or unlawful activity.

12. Changes to These Terms We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Pennsylvania.
